Letter Writing | B6 Functional Flexi Planner

This listing is for one B6 planner with a 38mm (or 30mm) coil, containing any combination of daily, weekly and monthly spreads that you choose! The planner will be one year, unless you choose a daily planner, when it will be a six month planner.

The planner runs January 2025 - December 2025, or you can choose to have it undated by ticking the box on the listing!

At the start of the planner you have two years at a glance as well as preplanning pages, followed by your planning pages, separated by clear frosted plastic dividers, with your choice of foiled tabs. 

The monthly spreads feature a Monday start. They are perfect for marking the important moments of the month. 

There is a choice of weekly spreads which are:
- Vertical: vertical layout, With Monday-Friday containing a long vertical column for space at the bottom for 15mm washi. Saturday and Sunday are half length with no space underneath for washi. There is no sidebar in this layout.
- Timed: timed vertical layout which runs from 08-22 Monday to Friday. Monday to Friday contain a long vertical column for space at the bottom for 15mm washi. Saturday and Sunday are not timed, they are half length with no space underneath for washi. There is no sidebar in this layout.
- Horizontal: horizontal layout over two pages with seven evenly sized boxes for the days, and a eighth box for your sidebar. 
- WO1P horizontal: horizontal layout on the left page, and a notes page on the right. This nicely fits hobonichi weeks kits. 
- Compact Vertical: A vertical layout with 7 half length columns for each day of the week, a long column for the sidebar as well as three boxes sized for a full box and header on the right hand page. There is also a space for standard vertical washi, or two 15mm washi strips on the right hand page. 
- WO3P Vertical: A vertical layout with seven long columns for each day of the week, with space for 15mm washi at the bottom of the page. The sidebar is a horizontal double standard vertical column horizontal layout with seven boxes. After your week on three pages, there is a dotted notes page before your next week starts. This layout is not available on a smaller coil.
These are all sized perfectly to fit standard vertical weekly kits. 

The daily pages contain a timed column which is timed 08-21. This column is standard vertical width, with a second larger column being twice this size.

If you prefer a mix of structured planning and bullet journaling then the Weekly Notes 6 Month planner is the perfect option for you - each weekly spread is followed by your choice of 1 - 4 spreads of dot grid paper which could be used as a bullet journal, a place to store your lists and brain dumps, or anywhere that your creativity takes you!

At the back of the planner there are at least 19 notes pages, followed by two sheets of silicone coated sticker release paper, and a laminated pocket for storing things on the go. Plus the title page has a sheet of thick velum to protect your planner - especially useful if you swap out covers. 

You can choose to add extra notes pages to your planner. You can choose to add one or two spreads (two or four pages) of notes pages in each month, and/or an extra 18 pages at the end of the planner. If you go for monthly pages, these will be after the monthly spread if you have them, or immediately after your dividers if you do not have monthly spreads. For monthly only planners, you can have up to five spreads (10 pages) of notes between each month.

You can also choose the one of our four core colours for your tabs, or have them black. If you choose an undated planner, these will come on a sticker sheet for you to stick on yourself.

The cover is in the Beautiful Brunch design, featuring a flatlay with lilac floral background with a smoothie bowl, honey and honey drizzler, as well as a pastel rainbow and flowers. The inside cover and pocket feature pale yellow background with doodled flowers repeated all over. The pocket in your planner will match the inner cover. 

The planner measures roughly 24 x 19 x 4cm. 

The cover is a non-removable 10mil laminate (although they can be removable just tick the add on!).

There is an option to split your planner onto two coils each with six (weekly/monthly planners) or three (daily planners) months on. Just tick the appropriate box on the listing. 

You can choose to have this planner on a smaller coil (32mm), just tick the appropriate box!

The planners feature 120gsm bright white, smooth paper throughout, other than the dividers which are a 4mil frosted plastic. 

Please note all aspects are handwritten, designed, and made by me (and my wonderful partner); and so, I can’t compete with manufactured pricing. Due to this there also may be minor imperfections; but these are kept to an absolute minimum!
