Our products
What foil colours do you offer?
On most of our products we offer four foil colours: Gold, Silver, Rose Gold and Holographic.
Our Rose Gold foil is a true Rose Gold and not a pink as offered in some shops. And our holographic is a silver based holographic.
Why are all font options not available on all products?
We are currently working on reformatting all of our script sheets to be offered in the new improved five fonts which will be unveiled very soon - don't worry we're keeping our most popular fonts!
Do you offer customs?
Unfortunately due to current demand, custom orders are currently not being accepted, although if it is something simple shoot us an email at tilly.journals@gmail.com and we well do out best to help!
When will custom scripts be back?
We're hoping to re-release cstom scripts very soon, and certainly by the New Year! We're just working on finalising our fonts going forward before these are offered again!
What are your stickers made from?
We use either a premium matte white vinyl, which is very smooth and buttery. All pens can be used easily on this paper.
We also offer a transparent matte, which is perfect for clear sticker without any of the glare of glossy paper. Sometimes overlays may appear slightly cloudy when first placed. Just run a washi or credit card over these lightly to remove the cloudiness.
Shipping
We primarily ship using Royal Mail, although we do ship some international planner orders with a courier to allow you to recieve your planner as quickly as possible.
When will my order ship?
Processing times can be found at the top of most pages.
At the time of writing (October 2022) this is 1-2 weeks for sticker and washi orders, and 1-5 weeks for planner orders.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information (if applicable).
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, we order an upgrade to tracked shipping for all sticker orders, and for international orders of washi tapes or clear tapes. We would recommend upgradating to tracked shipping for international customers who wish to know when their order is likely to arrive, as regular shipping could take at least 6 weeks.
Clear tapes, and washi tapes are only shipped tracked within the UK.
Planners and notebooks are only sent tracked, and for international orders this is often using a courier.
Can I combine my orders?
Yes, please email tilly.journals@gmail.com with the order numbers that you would like combining.
That being said, most orders will be combined automatically, but this is not guaranteed.
Your excess shipping will be refunded on dispatch of your orders. Please note when you combine orders, you are accepting the longer ship time of the combined orders.
Cancellations, returns and exchanges
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! Please email tilly.journals@gmail.com as soon after your order as possible. If it has not already been processed we will be able to cancel and refund.
How do I exchange an item or order?
Please email us at tilly.journals@gmail.com, we will gladly exchange your item for you.
Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order.
How do I return an order?
I gladly accept returns, please contact me within 14 days of delivery, and return the product back to me in the condition it was received within 28 days of delivery. Buyers are elligable for return delivery costs unless there is a problem with the order.
If we are not contacted prior to return, the product(s) will not be eligable for return.
If the item is not returned to us in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any decrease in value.
Unfortunately, custom, personalised, and digital items are not eligable for return.
There's a problem with my order, what do I do?
Although we strive to have no mistakes with orders, unfortuately sometimes they slip through the net.
Please email tilly.journals@gmail.com with your order number, and an outline of the problem and we will correct this as quickly as possible.
Other questions
What is the coupon code policy?
Only one coupon code can be used per order. They must be applied at checkout and cannot be added once an order is placed.
For any freebies, all totals are after discount and before shipping.
What custom codes are active?
Unless there is a sale ongoing, we only have two active coupon codes, which can be found by joining our email list (this code will change every month!) or our facebook group.
Sales will be advertised on all social media, and may well be detailed on the homepage of our website when thet are ongoing.

Do you offer any subscriptions or mysteries?
Not at the moment, but this is something we are looking into. If you want to be the first to hear about any subscriptions in the future, please join our email list, and follow us on social media. All of the links can be found at the bottom of this page.
